            Our office is taking the following precautions to protect our patients and help slow the spread of the coronavirus.


  • All patients will wear mask/face coverings until they reach the office of their therapist. The patient and the therapist will decide together if masks will be worn during your therapy session.

  • Our staff and therapists will wear masks as appropriate.

  • Seating in our waiting room will be limited to patients being seen for therapy sessions.  Minor patients or patients needing physical assistance may bring 1 person with them into the waiting room.

  • Anyone who comes into our office that is believed to have a fever or other symptoms, or believe they have been exposed, will be required to leave the office immediately.

  • Restroom soap dispensers are maintained in the building restrooms and everyone is encouraged to wash their hands.

  • Hand sanitizer that contains at least 60% alcohol is available in the waiting room and therapy rooms, as available.




The COVID-19 Informed Consent  must be initialed and signed prior to your scheduled in-office appointment
